An excellent, relaxing and inspirational afternoon!!! Attendees *enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing piano performance by pianist, Nick Arrechea **learned and experienced different mindfulness and yoga techniques to help release and reduce stress. ***learned about numerous employment opportunities available in different industries. YOGA, MENTAL HEALTH and STRESS RELIEF WORKSHOP

What is Stress! Stress is a part of life! We all experience it! Stress effects everyone in different ways and it's effects can be overwhelmed! Stress symptoms can affect thoughts, feelings and behaviors. When Stress is not managed, it can contribute to many health problems; it is linked to suicide, accidents, cancer, heart, liver diseases and others. Its important to seek professional help and to know there are many different tools that can help lessen stress both at home and at work. Education is Power!!
