We are proud to announce the 17 Recipients of the Joāo José ‘John’ Santos Memorial Scholarships that were awarded during the months of May and June to 17 deserving High School Seniors across New Jersey.

We thank these students for sharing their courageous personal stories and wish them a world of success as they continue to spread our message of building a world free from stigma surrounding suicide and mental health disorders.

Augusta states that this 2024/2025 school year scholarships are especially meaningful as it marks the 20th anniversary of John’s passing! My goal was to be able to award 17 scholarships to symbolize the 17 years of marriage to John. Truly blessed to be able to reach this goal!!
